Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: April 14, 2026
Placeholder. This opt-out page is a draft for the pre-launch version of USA Consumer Guide. The final process will be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
Your Right to Opt Out
California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to request that a business not sell or share their personal information. You may also authorize an agent to submit this request on your behalf.
What We Share in the Current Version
In the current version of this site we do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers, and we do not sell personal information. We do work with advertising and analytics partners (such as Taboola, Outbrain, and RedTrack) that receive click-attribution parameters and standard browser log data. Under California’s broad definitions, some of that activity may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Submitting the opt-out below will instruct us to exclude you from that sharing to the extent it applies.
How to Submit a Request
Send us an email using the button below. We will respond within 15 business days. To help us process your request quickly, please include your full name and the email address you wish the opt-out to apply to.
Prefer to write directly? Send your request to privacy@example.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”.
Verification
We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request is coming from you (or from an authorized agent) before honoring it. For example, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on file.
No Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Submitting an opt-out will not change the content you are able to read on this site.
See also our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle data.
